Current Pack Forms

Our Pack will make every effort to reduce exposure to Covid-19 by sanitizing facilities, equipment and people and plan events responsibly with safety being our primary concern.

Forms are valid for 1 year. Parts A & B are required for Pack activities and camping. Part C is only required if your scout plans to attend an overnight campout lasting 72 hours or longer.
Used for registering with the Pack. Print, complete and submit the application to one our Pack leaders to register!
Required for adults who will register as a volunteer in a formal Pack position (e.g. Den Leader). Changing positions within the Pack also requires to a new form to be registered with the Council.
